Owensboro Christian Church Food Pantry

We collected food donations throughout the month of December and we took those to a local food pantry.  In return for each donated can or box of food we reimbursed the donator with a Blue Meridian $1 to spend in the store.  It would be difficult to put a dollar value on these donations but for our first collection attempt we were in the $100.00 range.  We hope to continue this at various time of the year and always at the Christmas Holiday.
